Ingredients
1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Cookie Mix
2 Eggs or *an egg substitute
1 Cup Margarine or *vegan margarine
2 Tablespoons Water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Beat margarine until fluffy.
- Slowly add baking mix and eggs and mix until everything is incorporated. Do not overbeat.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- Spoon 1 ½ inch cookie balls on parchment paper. Space them 3 inches apart.
- Bake until cookies are set, 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let cookies cool before serving.
- Variations
- Add 1-½ cups chocolate chips to make a classic chocolate chip cookie.
- Add your favorite dried fruits and nuts for a trail mix cookie.
- Sprinkle each cookie with cinnamon and sugar to make traditional Snickerdoodle cookies
