Gluten-free cookies ready to add your touch of chocolate chips, sprinkles or your favorite topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Cookie Mix

  • 2 Eggs or *an egg substitute

  • 1 Cup Margarine or *vegan margarine

  • 2 Tablespoons Water

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  • Beat margarine until fluffy.
  • Slowly add baking mix and eggs and mix until everything is incorporated. Do not overbeat.
  • Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
  • Spoon 1 ½ inch cookie balls on parchment paper. Space them 3 inches apart.
  • Bake until cookies are set, 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and let cookies cool before serving.
  • Variations
  • Add 1-½ cups chocolate chips to make a classic chocolate chip cookie.
  • Add your favorite dried fruits and nuts for a trail mix cookie.
  • Sprinkle each cookie with cinnamon and sugar to make traditional Snickerdoodle cookies
