1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs or *an egg substitute
1/2 Cup Milk or *milk substitute
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
Directions
- Cakes
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Combine milk, eggs, canola oil, and mix into a large bowl. Mix until batter is creamy and smooth.
- Grease 10” round cake pan. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- Frost with your favorite frosting.
- Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Combine milk, eggs, canola oil, and mix into a large bowl. Mix until batter is creamy and smooth.
- Prepare 12 cupcake cups (liners) in a cupcake pan. Spoon batter into cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- Frost with your favorite frosting.
