Gluten-free yellow cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix

  • 3 Eggs or *an egg substitute

  • 1/2 Cup Milk or *milk substitute

  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil

Directions

  • Cakes
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine milk, eggs, canola oil, and mix into a large bowl. Mix until batter is creamy and smooth.
  • Grease 10” round cake pan. Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  • Frost with your favorite frosting.
  • Cupcakes
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine milk, eggs, canola oil, and mix into a large bowl. Mix until batter is creamy and smooth.
  • Prepare 12 cupcake cups (liners) in a cupcake pan. Spoon batter into cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  • Frost with your favorite frosting.
