1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
4 Eggs or *an egg substitute
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Cup Margarine or *a margarine substitute
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Whisk eggs until foamy and pale. (Do not omit this step.)
- Add baking mix, water, and vegan margarine.
- Beat the entire mix with a paddle. Do not overbeat.
- Spread mix evenly into an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let Cool to room temperature (before slicing and serving).
- Add icing or toppings as desired.
