Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Brownie Mix

  • 4 Eggs or *an egg substitute

  • 2 Tablespoons Water

  • 1 Cup Margarine or *a margarine substitute

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • Whisk eggs until foamy and pale. (Do not omit this step.)
  • Add baking mix, water, and vegan margarine.
  • Beat the entire mix with a paddle. Do not overbeat.
  • Spread mix evenly into an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Let Cool to room temperature (before slicing and serving).
  • Add icing or toppings as desired.
