Ingredients
- A bunch? Then:
1 bag Gluuteny Gluten-free Pancake/Waffle Mix
4 Eggs or *egg substitute
2-2/3 Cups Milk of *milk substitute
6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Just a few? Then:
1/2 bag of Gluuteny Gluten-free Pancake/Waffle Mix
2 Eggs or *egg substitute
1-1/3 Cups Milk of *milk substitute
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
-Use the built-in zipper seal and store in a cool, dry place for next time
Directions
- Pancake Directions
- Heat a large skillet or griddle to medium-to-high heat.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir/Mix until only a few lumps remain. Do not over mix.
- Oil skillet and pour one small ladle of batter for each pancake.
- Cook pancakes until bubbles form (2 minutes). Flip pancakes over and cook on other side for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Waffle Directions
- Prepare batter same as for pancakes (above).
- Follow the instructions for your waffle maker.
