Ingredients
1 Bag of Gluuteny Gluten-free Pizza Crust Mix
1-1/2 Cups Water (lukewarm)
Pizza Sauce
Favorite Toppings
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Beat all ingredients until incorporated and only a few lumps remain. Do not over mix.
- Let dough sit on counter for 15 minutes to rise. (Do NOT omit this step!)
- Scrape dough into an oiled pizza pan, and with oily hands, pat down to desired thickness. (Works best with a solid metal pan, we don’t suggest a pizza stone nor a pan with any holes or screen.)
- Cover with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toppings are well baked.
Notes
- Cooking times and techniques may vary. Example- For extra crispy crust, bake just the crust for 5 minutes, then add toppings and continue to bake.
