Gluten-free pumpkin loaf recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Gluuteny Pumpkin Loaf Mix

  • 2 Eggs or *an egg substitute

  • 1/3 Cup Water

  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil

  • 1/2 Can (7.5 oz) Pumpkin Puree

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Pour batter into a 9×5-inch greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean.
