1 Bag of Gluuteny Pumpkin Loaf Mix
2 Eggs or *an egg substitute
1/3 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Can (7.5 oz) Pumpkin Puree
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Pour batter into a 9×5-inch greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean.
