Ingredients

• 1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix

• 2 Eggs (room temperature) or *an egg substitute

• 1-1/2 Tablespoons Water

• 1 Cup Shortening or *a shortening substitute

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350℉.
• Beat all ingredients together well, until a ball is formed.
• Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
• Roll dough out between two sheets of parchment paper.
• Cut out desired shapes.
• Bake for 12-15 minutes.
• Let cool.
• Ice cookies with your favorite icing
