Ingredients
1 Bag Gluuteny Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix
2 Eggs (room temperature) or *an egg substitute
1-1/2 Tablespoons Water
1 Cup Shortening or *a shortening substitute
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Beat all ingredients together well, until a ball is formed.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough out between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut out desired shapes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Ice cookies with your favorite icing
